Terms of Service

Beyond The Pitch is a scheduling and booking tool for private soccer coaching. By creating an account or booking a session you agree to these terms. We’re an early-access product and may change or improve features over time.

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. If you’re booking for a player under 18, a parent or guardian must hold the account and provide the player’s information.

When you request a session it is not confirmed until the coach approves it. You are not charged until the coach confirms. Sessions, pricing, and any cancellation or no-show policy are set by the individual coach; please review the coach’s policy before booking.

Session credits, not refunds. If a coach cancels a confirmed session, your payment stays with your account as a session credit to rebook with — we don’t send the charge back to your card. Sessions you prepay through a package work the same way: they live on your account as credits.

Credits never expire and can be used for any session with that coach, solo or group. One credit covers one session, whatever that session’s current price. Credits are tied to the coach they were purchased or issued for and aren’t transferable between coaches or accounts.

If you genuinely can’t use a credit, contact your coach directly and they’ll work it out with you — there is no self-serve refund in the app.

Coaches are independent and responsible for the sessions they offer. Beyond The Pitch provides the scheduling tools; it does not employ coaches and does not supervise sessions.

Don’t misuse the service — for example, by attempting to access other people’s data, disrupting the platform, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
